Is MSN Search favoring sites on IIS Servers?

This site is hosted on an Apache server.

I gotta wonder if MSN Search engineers are now scrambling to “fix” their latest oops now that the cat is out of the bag. I doubt this fledgling search engine could take the PR hit if this is proved true. Right now results seem to point that way, but data is “insufficient” to be deemed irrefutable.
