I don’t plan on making many free ebay templates but I’ve made this tongue in cheek Ebay Spoof template to show I can. You can tell I was thinking of the “Ghost in a bottle” and “the Face of the Mother Mary in a Grilled Cheese Sandwich” Ebay auctions when I whipped this one up.

Yes, it will work on ebay, I put it up on a test auction to see, and it works fine. There are complete instructions in the ebay template zip file for download (you’ll need a zip/unzip utility program to open the file.) Just follow the instructions in the readme.txt file and within the template file itself in the comments. This template assumes you use your own image hosting and the directions are written under that assumption.

This template, while it was up on ebay as a test auction, was extensively browser tested and found to work nicely on all late model browser on all Operating Systems, including Win98 and newer through XP SP2, Mac OSX and Linux flavors.

Since Ebay itself doesn’t allow linkbacks I do have a request, and it’s a small “price” to pay for use of this. If you do use this template, and you have a website, could you please put a link back to http://kickasswebdesign.com somewhere (anywhere) on your website? And please use the link text “Ebay Template from KWDesign”. A credits or links page is perfectly okay. Thanks!
