Yahoo on Google
When I say “Yahoo on Google” I mean that quite literally.
Now to give you the lowdown - Though I’m not allowed to give you numbers, let’s just say I’ve been extremely UNDERwhelmed by google adsense performance. I’ve got a lot of theories as to why googlies didn’t work for me, but okay, I’m willing to give the whole concept of contextual advertising one more try. So I signed up for the Yahoo Publishing Network.
I got my acceptance email this morning, and was looking forward to giving Yahoo a try, since more than one person has told me they’ve been making more dough with Yahoo. Cool. I’m all for more dough. But right at this MOMENT I’m pretty busy with a paying client, so the changeover from Google Adsense to Yahoo Publisher Ads will have to wait a day or two, since paying clients always come first and my own webwork gets done whenever– the old cobbler’s children don’t have shoes routine.
But anyway, the whole thing has kinda been on my mind, since the Yahoo Publisher acceptance. Well, I don’t know if you all have browsed through my Kickass WebGeek Resources. Basically they’re my own bookmarks put online and ORGANIZED like they never get in my browser folder. Which means I use my own resource pages as much or more than I use my bookmarks. So I had a little issue I needed to look up in my CSS section. Lo and behold, what do I see?

Does anyone else see the irony here?
