Followup on WordPress on Yahoo
Since Matt Mullenweig introduced this fiasco Unhappy People who were suckered into signing up for WordPress on Yahoo are, of course, complaining on the support board, and of course Matt has little to say to help people and LOTS to say in justification of this pocket-padding deal of his with Yahoo. Let the buyer beware. Oh, and I weeded out all Yahoo Hosting with WordPress complaints prior to Matt’s crawling into bed with them– and it’s interesting to see how many complaints about Yahoo hosting there were BEFORE Matt decided to snag this cash cow, and tells us all exactly where Matt’s priorities lie. You’re welcome to search for those prior threads yourself. Just make sure to go to google and use “site:wordpress.org/support yahoo” in the searchbox, because the forum search is still broken since the support forum “upgrade”.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems, Jay. I really tried to get the word out repeatedly so people wouldn’t get burned on this. Personally, guy, I’d blog your little heart out about it. And if you can’t do it on your own blog, sign up for one at WordPress.com!
