Actually, I did read through most of those four pages, and I can understand that you might be upset by my comment. However, you might need to understand that I'm a front end webdev who knows xhtml and css very well, and just enough php and other scripting to get by with very minor stuff. So if your docs didn't do it for me, then maybe your docs aren't targeting the vast majority of those who are trying to understand them, since I know I fall into the "middle of the pack" when it comes to the range of knowledge of WordPress Users.

Your docs weren't helpful to ME. Another front end dev agreed that your docs were written for those geekier and more programming knowledgeable than we are. I'm sure there are php and other programming weenies out there who will understand you just fine.

This is constructive criticism, and not at all meant to harm or offend. You can choose to try to understand where I'm coming from, or you can choose to ignore it. I'm hoping you maybe consider rewriting your docs so more people can understand them. I did some rewriting on some of my own internal docs based on feedback from users, it's a common thing to have to do. None of us is infallible, and user testing and feedback is the best way to figure out where we can do better.

> Well, your instructions and explanations on your site leave a lot to be desired.

I would like to know the basis of your comments. Have you read all the four pages of documentation? Somehow I doubt it.

On a different note if you are not fully satisfied with the plugin feel free to ask for a refund. I would be happy to process it for you.

I remember disabling verbose logging for Mike since we knew he was high traffic. I don't remember the rest of the details now. That was back in February or so.

Bad Behavior 1 has a verbose logging setting, which is on by default. It needs to be disabled for very high traffic sites. That's about the only thing I can think of.

Bad Behavior 2 logs even less than Bad Behavior 1, or will by final release, so once that's in release it may be the way to go.

Shawn at Comptrio.com had problems. He hosts one of my clients, pcmike.com -- which is a super high traffic site, since Mike Wendland is an NBC-TV news reporter and a Detroit Free Press Syndicated Columnist. Feel free to speak with Shawn about it. Mike, I'm sure, would love it if you could somehow get bad behavior running on his blog.
