Wow, I just asked about the possibility of this last week on the ModX forum wishlist– and here it is! The ModCast PodCasting Snippet for ModX. Scotty Delicious, the author, is still refining it but it is now possible to create the enclosures for podcasts by adding just a bit of markup to your posts. Scotty said it will soon be do-able through admin so you don’t have to keep track of the variables in order to get it right. It generates an iTunes XML podcast feed from a folder of audio or video files.

And according to the buzz on the boards trackbacks are next . . . watch out, WP!
