		<description>Well... Given how much money Buffet's given to abortion rights and services (among other women's and sexual health programs), my guess would be yes, this is exactly what he had in mind - or so close as makes no real difference.

Since prostitutes are an STD vector, they're a sensible intervention point from a public health point of view - just like conducting needle exchanges. These aren't *popular* programs, but dollar-for-dollar, they're quite effective.</description>
