    Er…. any site which foists popups (thinly disguised as “tooltips”) upon me every time my mouse approaches one of their little sun icons is NOT EVER going to get a vote from me for anything but the garbage can.

    Yeah…transparency in government - is a very good idea for blog. I think people needs this!
