Contextual Advertising Bloopers are sometimes a good thing
My friend Mark Rotenberg has a book out that’s doing pretty well. The title is “Stacked Decks” and it’s a really fun read, though I doubt many people are looking at the words. So Mark, since he’s a savvy net guy, checks to see who’s linking to his stuff all the time, and where his product is being displayed. Lo and behold, he found this link at a site specializing in Pools, Spas and Decks, and if you scroll down a bit you’ll get a giggle, since this book stands out like a . . . well, like a stacked deck. One has to wonder if this site’s owner has seen the recommendation that the Amazon software is dishing out, most likely on the keyword “decks”.
