A Cool New SEO Online Tool!
If you’re an SEO Tool Junkie like I am, you’ll love this new online SEO software I found. SheerSEO.com will track your google SERPs for your chosen keyphrases, track your pages in the serps, your referrers, your indexed pages, and lots more. The different screens are easy to decipher, and allow you to check both Google and Yahoo results.
I especially like the way it shows how keyphrases rank in the results, and which page the results are pointing at, so you can clearly see if your optimization on certain pages has had the desired effect.
Eyal, the master coder who put this together, has lots more features coming in the future. Currently there’s a keyword density tool. A similar tool to measure keyphrase density is on the drawing board.
I hope you enjoy playing with this as much as I have. Even better, I hope you learn as much about your site as I did about mine.

I have used IBP earlier for checking SERP and looks that IBP is better than this tools.
But ya, this have keyword density which is very much ok. And It have a graphical representation. If It will add some new features, definitely, I will try it out.
Thanks of suggesting this tool.

I personally use IBP. I don’t find SheerSEO.com reliable at all, considering that it shows me on position 49 for a keyword I rank n.1 for.

SEO Melbourne, I’ve compared this tool against the aggregate google returns, which are NOT localized, and found it to be accurate for my sites.
Could it be possible you’re seeing a #1 spot for a local return that is actually #49 globally?

Do any of you guys have an idea of tools that can check web rankings accurately for local versions of search engines - google.dk, google.de etc.?
Most tools are also only aiming for SEO results - it would also be useful to have tools that could check info from PPC results, I think. Do you know if such tools exists?

I don’t know of any offhand, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised that if you told Eyal of the need, he might come up with a way to do that. He’s been very responsive to my request. I asked him if he could give me keyphrase ranking instead of just keyword ranking, and a week or so later the tool was in place!

SEO Melbourne, you are number 1 in Australia but 49 in US.
This tool only fetches local results for US and UK at the moment.
If you want results for Australia - I can do that with some cooperation from your side.
Let me know if you are interested.
Same goes for Denemark(;
