		<description>I always hate when I go to a website with terrible navigation and then find out that they are international and often times huge organizations! 

Seems they have there minds more on SEO rather than making conversions which to me that doesn’t make any sense. These lager companies spend thousands of dollars on PPC and buying high PR relevant links but have an ugly hard to navigate website that deflects their SEO efforts!  

No conversions = No profit!</description>
