My XP desktop looks not much different than my win95 desktop did back in its day. The thing that irritates me no end is that as long as Windows has a chunk of the end user market, I'll have to own a windows machine, since I HAVE to test on all platforms that have a chunk of the market. I've been using RedHat since 3.x and, while Fedora and CentOS are sometimes problematic, ever since OpenOffice came out and got streamlined, I find no use for Windows whatsoever. And after all that effort, microsoft will be coming out with IE8 which apparently passes the ACID2 test and they claim it'll be the most compatible browser out haha. heya,
