In other words, if this personal real estate blog helps you to buy or sell properties, or if you have adsense or other ads on the blog that you receive revenue from, then that's a commercial use. If all you do is talk about your real estate and you make absolutely no cash as a result of the blog, sell no adspace on it, and have no other advertising or income stream from your blog, then it's non commercial.
